Teacher Arrested for Assault and Battery of Student Goes to Trial

High School Coach Arrested for Assault and Battery Goes to Trial A Bluffton High School history teacher and wrestling coach arrested for assault and battery, and now his case is going to trial. The assault and battery charge originated after the teacher allegedly slapped a student on the buttocks after a fashion class on May 21st.
